[HUAWEI MATE 9] Cannot read bootloader code

I have tried to read bootloader code but the following message appears:

Read bootloader code fail!
Not supported/unknown chipset!

Any ideas?

Yea, I searched online and found that if your Mate 9 got the GPU Turbo update, you cannot go back easily.

Nevermind. I bought 4 credits for this procedure but I cannot do it as it seems. These credits will stay in my account for a long period of time?
