OEM unlock deactivated option in retail demo

Hello, I am a user of Dc-unlocker, I have a problem with the Huawei retail demo, these phones have the option "Unlock OEM" disabled and do not allow to unlock the bootloader, is it possible to somehow activate this option to complete the unlock? Thanks
