I supposed dc-phoenix cannot write to the EVR-L29? Unfortunately when I got the EMUI 10 update OTA it bricked my phone. I was hoping I could rewrite with this as my bootloader is locked but it appears it is not possible?

I have a similar problem with LYA-L0C after upgrading to EMUI 10.
I have the right matching firmware with the right cust and preload but still get the same error.

Yeah it seems like there's some kind of write protection or something like it's not bypassing bl lock or something like that.

Pretty pissed huawei won't warranty this phone cuz I'm in Canada. Won't be buying their products anymore after this....

The same problem/error with DC-Phoenix and EVR-L29. Phone bricket - only fastboot ("PHONE locked", "FRP lock") and e-recovery. In my case phone have inside 9.1.0.347(C636E3R2P1). I try to flash "Ever-L29B 9.0.0.127(C636E3R1P11)_Firmware_05015LCH" and "EVR-L29B 9.1.0.320(C636E3R2P1)" - not help - upgrade stop in 5%. Any ways to solve this problem?
