Huawei B315s-519 downloade mode

Tried to unlock Huawei B315-519 but cant seem to get to download mode.I followed steps on dc unlocker but they don't work. Can anyone assist?

If device can not enter necessary mode then it may be different version of device which does not have this mode.

I tried a windows 7 laptop and I was able to connect to diagnostic port but not the application port. Do you have any advice for this?
