huawei mate 9 not recognised

i try dc unlocker to abtain bootloader code from my huawei mate 9 mha-l29 with android 8 stock rom
i install adb driver and hisuite, activated oem and manifacture option, but dcunlocker not detect the phone, it only display
DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1429

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Applications port COM3

it only work if i restart the phone in fastboot mode, but in this way bootloader code is not supported
