P9 Lite (VNS-L31) / unlock phone

I need to unlock my Huawei P9 Lite and bought 15 credits for dc-unlocker.
After unlocking, the factory reset was running automaticly and told me to shutdown the device.
Back in fastboot mode the phone is still left with "Phone Lock" and "FRP Lock".
So dc-unlocker did not work as expected. Anything you can help me with this issue ?
Running dc-unlocker again ? Then please readd the credits, or otherwise please do a refund.

You do realize frp erase is for google account removal not for frp lock status change in fastboot. I think you are looking for this: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-phone-disable-frp

Hi, yes i did manage to get frp to unlock. But I wanted to have the phone lock status unlocked too, for installing an alternate bootloader. Is that possible to get managed with dc unlocker ?

No, it's not possible to do it with dc-unlocker and i can not refund you for service been used. I gave you guide for frp disable/frp lock status change without dc-unlocker, that's the best i can do for you.

Well I can understand that you will not do any refund. But obviously the first run was not working. I Read in the forum that other people got refunds, or the credits. Well then, can you readd the credits to my account, so that I can try a new run ?
