I have Huawei Mate 9 MHA-AL0 that is not turning on. It is seen in device manager as Huawei COM1 and Android Single ADB interface. adb is not showing my device.
HCU tool is able to read device info (only serial number and model) :

Since device is not turning on, I am not able to put it in Manufacturer mode
When I try to write down IMEI or unlock bootloader I am getting:
Unlock Bootloader

2020-01-06 02:07:27.626 Compatible COM ports not found!

In DC Phoenix, I am able to Update OEMINFO by selecting (bootloader+Update OEMINFO and unlock Huawei ID). This only works with Kirin_T2_A7.0_V4 bootloader. Its failing to read device on any other bootloader.
For OEMINFO file i tried with bothe MHA-AL00 and MHA-L29.
Tested all 3 methods
Firmware files that I used are:
MHA-Full-Repair-NV-included-Board-A074-7.0.0_r1.dgtks
HLMHAAL00AM00A074_Board_Software_general_7.0.0_r1_ EMUI5.0_05021YVS.dgtks

update_MHA-L29_8.0.0.364(C432)_hw_eu.APP
Whatever firmware that I try, I am getting xloader errors:
