Can you please help me to unlock this device. i have already entered 10 wrong codes as shown here:

Device is in download mode, need restart !

I have succeded to solve this problem by changing the dashboard version

there is the information in DC unlocker:

If the answer is that you dont support the firmware 2X.3XX...
is that mean that i have to change the firmware? and what's the firmware that are supported?
