Huawei P30 Lite Error 375

I have just opened an account with 4 credits, but every time I try to network unlock my hone I keep getting the same error code 375

I realy need the help, my phone is a Huawei P30 Lite MAR LX-3A.
If this model is not supported it would be nice to me if I can get a refund for the 4 credits I own.

You should check supported models before purchase, how do you even explain yourself like that... do you check what you filled in the car after filling it? https://www.dc-unlocker.com/android-feature-table what is the logic behind this, just curious.
