Huawei p9 plus doesn't establish connection with pc

Hello.
Simply my phone p9 plus VIE-L09 doesn't establish a connection with a pc. Tried every possible solutions on the internet - downloading hisuite on both phone and pc. Changing the usb ports,changing the cables, changing the pc , installing non official drivers, factory reseting the phone, developer mode enabling usb debuggind, switching to media transfer protocol and on and on - still doesn't connect only charging.Hence i can't have it read by dc unlocker and read my bootloader code. Please help

You need to put it into manufacture mode like tutorial on our page shows.
