Honor 20 Lite / bootloader

Hi,
I know the honor 20 lite is not supported but I've read that it could work, so I tried.
Got the following results:

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Applications port COM3
Found Diagnostics port COM5

Model : Huawei Qualcomm Android phone
IMEI : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

the IMEI displayed in systems info are different from the IMEI listed in the software

is there some hope or should I wait for a new version of the soft ?

Sorry, but Android 8 and later with latest security patches are not serviceable.
