maybe firmware version is higher, maybe wrong installation, maybe conflict driver.

After unlocking some modem E1550 idea India, through DC all got unlocked,
but after putting a sim i was not able to get the signal in 3 modem,
i checked everything, then i found Serial Number was UNKNOWN in diagnostic,
and bec of that signal was not coming even after unlocking, so can anyone tell me hw to put back the serial number,
i have not changed anything, just did the unlocking through DC unlocker,
modem is E1550 Idea India.
plz help

We know this error. Now we wait for this model modem that has such problem to receive here. It is already sent us. After we receive it, we will check, what we can do.
