Good Night Dear Colleagues I have some doubts I have a Huawei Y5 / y6 (SCL-L01) and on fastboot it says Phone Locked what type of unlock would I have to buy to unlock the FRP and it will stop looping at startup, another issue a few weeks ago dc unlocker software detected my smartphone, and in Command Prompt now only Command Prompt can detect huawei

I boot normaly but say optimizing system apeter complete 100% we reboot and make some process and on fastboot say Phone Lock

Phone lock on fastboot means your bootloader is locked. We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone. Costs 4 credits / 4 euros

In other words mean, i cannot unlock the boot loader right?

Right, bootloader is unlocked via adb.

But i can buy the unlock code and with that unlock them in adb
