DC-Unlocker - E3372h-153 unlock

Hi,
I've just tried to unlock E3372h-153, but no luck, always got Error code 24 after "Network unlock" clicked.
Tried to attach log file, but i am not allowed to upload cdf files.
Any help very appreciated!

At this point modem got new serial port numbers, PC UI interface will be COM13 and Application interface will be COM14. But DC-Unlocker did not find the modem. When restart DC-Unlocker, it will be find the modem again on the new COM ports.
