Help Phone not found

I just bought the programm. i use the username and passoword to log in.
I put phone to manufacturing usb and connect with hisuit.
I have it at com port 1 and i press auto detect and i get Phone not found ! my phone is not in the list of the programm BUT it is mentioned in the list of the site.
What can i do now?
