hi i have a bl locked Mate 20 Pro here

when i wnat to write a Update.app (same version)
than i got on the phone screen this

Attention!
Please update system again

ERROR!
Func NO : 11 (recovery image)
Func NO : 2 (load failed)

this is my girlfriends phone while update the phone shuts down without any reason

also it boots standart in recovery
but there is also only avavible
update via wifi (i tried not working)
recovery with backup
wipe data (grayed out, also not working)
reboot
power off (if i use power off it boots agoin into this "mini" recovery)

button vol +/- same time with connectected cable also not work

i download the boardsoftware wich is other modification than this phone
set testpoint
it flash bootloader xloader / bootloader
after it stop working

phone is
frp locked
and BL is also locked
not need remove FRP is phone of my girlfriend
only bring it back alive that is what i want

i think recovery is damaged...so is there any way to repair firmware on phone?

check hold volume up and folume down ( phone off ) and insert usb cable

i tried this also
vol +/- at the same time
but i only got this strange "mini" recovery

its spanish cuz my girlfriend is from spain

wifi recovery (tried also not work)
recovery with backup
wipe data (grayed out no funktion)
restart
power off (always boot back in this ini recovery)

hisuite also not work..seems to update recovery..but when is update system it tells me failed

This recovery menu appears only when you hold vol+, please hold vol+ and vol- button then connect to usb, it should go into upgrade mode via usb. And then you should continue flashing.

yes i do it....if i power off the phone it restarts again automatic....
so i disconnect the batterey hold the two buttons connect battery again and it boots into this recovery...

also it should boot in usb update mode when dc phoenix is finished wuth the fastbootpart...

and than i got this error

like there is no recovery....

doesnt matter i inly got into fastboot and this recovery....
befor the update fails it was showing me also usb and sd/otg modus...now not amymore....

last time i tell now i try also the two vol buttons...it put me into the recovery not to the usbupdatemode

she told me she tried 12 times do recovery over wifi and on 13 try it start to recover

yes very strange...
but i try downgrade and remove frp for fun after...
and all works...changing cust...and and and...
now phone is original again and my girlfriend is happy
