Honor 9 resurrection

Hello,
can you help me with dead Honor 9 STF-L09.
I have downloaded and via test points flashing STF-Full-Repair-NV-included-Board-A051-7.0.0_r1.dgtks

Phone then can boot but due to zero battery is shutting down (phone was for 1year+ in box, now is on the list of supported HW...so I am trying).
After that I am doing via Fastboot HCU and updating IMEI1,IMEI2, SN, PCB SN (same as SN...I do not have this), Wifi and BT MAC I have put random, Model=STF-L09, Vendor=hw and Country=eu. Also selecting "Repair as empy board"
Once the HCU done, it reboots and I have the system in English.

Then I have tried to flash via Fastboot:
Stanford-L09_C432B130_Firmware_Belgium_Germany_France_Nethe rlands_Portugal_Switzerland_Spain_Italy_Austria_Po land_Denmark_Finland_Czech_Republic_Hungary.APP
with optional update:
Stanford-L09_C432B130_update_data_customization_hw_eu.APP - all is OK.
On this setup, both .app - all is OK state, successfull flash. "Software written. Writing device finished OK"
BUT when rebooting, black screen, phone does not react to any buttons, nor charging, nothing.

also tried to flash
Stanford-L09_9.1.0.210(C432E2R1P5T8)_Firmware_9.0.0_r3_EMUI _9.1.0_05014NSS.APP - some partitions are with errors
with optional update:
update_STF-L09_9.1.0.210(C432E2R1P5T8)_hw_eu.APP - all partitions are OK.

Do you have any ideas what to try? I have now less than 24hours of 3days unlimited credit usage...

if phone doesn't boot up after stock rom flash then can only flash another rom as clearly problem is only that if phone boots up after board flash and can repair on hcu.
