Info on reading bootloader code on my Honor 9

Hello, coming from XDA.
Before buying credits i would like to know if i can read the bootloader code on my Honor 9 that i already downgraded from 9.1 to 8.0

Build: STF-L09 8.0.0.385(C432)
Android Security Patch: 1 February 2019

Is it ok or should i downgrade more? If i need to downgrade more, can you point me a firmware?

It is 4 credits, right?

Yeah i was checking some posts. Anyway it doesn't even seem to work the "detect phone":

Found Applications port COM7

That is the last line, it finds COM7 (or whatever port) but doesn't get the phone data
