Huawei P10 VTR-L29, get bootloader unlock code, install EMUI 9.1 on it

Hello Folk,

I am sorry but I am getting more and more confused with all this mess.

Someone please give me EXACT DETAILED STEPS about how to process, the EXACT software to be used ( DC Phoenis, DC Unlocker, HCU ) and the exact price the whole process will cost.

I have Huawei P10 VTR-L29 on Android 8 security patch level 01-01-2019.
I want to downgrade it to Android 7 to get bootloader uinlock code through DC Unlocker and be able to rock an OpenKirin OS on it.

so
_ first step would be to downgrade with VTR-Downgrade-Board-A067-7.0.0_r1.dgtks through DC Phoenix with test point COM Port connexion isn't it ?
_ Then repair IMEI with HCU Client ?
_ Then flash service firmware Android 7 with DC-Phoenix on it ?
_ Then read bootloader unlock code from DC-Unlocker ?

Am I right ?
So 4 steps and 3 software ? ( DC-Phoenix, HCU, Dc-Unlocker )

How much would it cost ?
Else is there an easier way of doing it ?

Thank you gsmgeo. Test-point board downgrade and HCU repair succeeded.
Nevertheless. I would like to flash firmware Android 9 Emui 9 on it.
All following methods failed :
_ Download through firmware finder and force upgrade with micro sdcard dload folder
_ Same as above with eRecovery

So i wanted to upgrade flash service firmware Android 9 EMUI 9 with DC Phoenix but could find any version higher than Android 8 from download section.

Any clue ?

Additional info : I finally got my bootloader unlock code. So I could unlock bootloader if needed for the upgrade process

I have exactly the same problem as you had. Can you tell me how you finally got your bootloader code?

why exactly do I need die imei vendor fix? Can you help me with a step by step tutorial? Meybe over skype or another messenger? I would also pay for it
