help unlock code on P9 Lite

I'm trying to get the unlock code for my p9 lite but the communication between dc_unlocker and my phone is not working. this is what it says :

no further detection, everything looks right. manufacturer mode on the phone. everything right on the device manager, but I'm stuck.

If your phone runs android 7 then it will work even if it shows this info that you got, if it runs later androids then chances that it will work are very low looking at your security patch.
