Bootloader error - p9 lite

I have a Huawei p9 lite VNS-L31:

- EMUI 5.0.4;
- Android 7.0;
- Patch de segurança from August 1, 2019


I performed all the steps of the unlocking process normally ... but when I clicked on the phone detection option of the DC-unlocker program, it just appeared to me !!

Everything is OK, due to security patch version your phone does not respond like other old phones, can press service button - it will work for this one.

Sorry, I'm not English, I didn't understand it perfectly. What is the "service button"? What you're trying to tell me, is that just press the "Read bootloader code" button that will work?

I'm having problems with root! I was following the steps of this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8_5...ture=emb_title) ...
I installed TWRP on the phone from the PC's CMD. When I restarted the phone in TWRP mode this was the message that appeared:
"... your device is booting now"
I can't even start my phone normally, whenever I start this message again! ... ^

* Apparently the tuturial was not compatible with android 7.0 (mine)! I do not know what to do
