Hello, please help me, my phone mate 10 lite rne-l23 is dead.

I have tried to repair with DC-Phoenix but it does not recognize the device with UPDATE. Installing the bootloader with oem does not install. Only recognizes HUAWEI COM 1 mode.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong

You need to use v126 DC-phoenix to avoid access violation error. Version bypass option also much be checked if you are flashing full stock roms, make sure it is not OTA update file, it won't repair anything.
