yes phone turns on goes directly into ERecovery but as soon as connects to wifi it gives error of Getting package info failed. It also goes into fastboot mode. but there is no upgrade mode

You should just try to apply full stock rom firmware for it via fastboot on DC-phoenix when rescue recovery and version bypass options are checked.

Thats the problem, its on android 10 and there is nowhere to find its current firmware on whole web. Only android 9 is available. Can u plz upload its current firmware ?
