LYO-L21 unlock.

Hello.

I would like to unlock bootloader on Huawei LYO-L21, however dc-unlocker client is not detecting this phone (Phone not found !)
I have installed HiSuite and some drivers from dc-unlocker page. After connecting phone via USB cable device manager shows Android Phone -> Android Adapter ADB Interface and Ports (COM and LPT) -> HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Fake Acm Interface (COM5).
Dial *#*#14789632#*#* have no effect. Dial *#*#2846579#*#* opens "Egineer mode" and there is no such option like USB ports settings or Manufacture mode. I have only Setting -> LOG Setting, Phone Info Check, Network Setting, Upgrade, Recovery, Battery Charged Menu. In those options are nothing to enable 'Manufacture' mode.
However when I reboot phone to fastboot mode (adb reboot bootloader) dc-unlocker client is detecting this phone correctly (Model: Huawei phone in fastboot mode) but only option available is FRP and Temp Fastboot unlock.
So I'm unable to unlock bootloader.

My goal is to install TWRP recovery and LieageOS, Magisk etc.

Is possible to do this with dc-unlocker software?

PS. Some time ago I used dc-unlocker to unlock Huawei P10 lite bootloader with success so I hope that I can do same with LYO-L21.
