Hi. I made the payment and all the required steps but no matter how much I try the dc-unlocker does not detect the phone, I try ADB and FASTBOOT and I have no problem the phone is detected and has communication with the PC, what can I do?

What are you trying to get?
If the bootloader unlock code. the phone needs to be switched to Manufacture mode

Yes, what I want is the bootloader unlock code. The phone is already in Manufacture mode, but the detail is that connecting it via USB the app does not detect it, but go to the command line and try ADB and FASTBOOT and they do detect it, what should I do.

Check in the manager if the drivers for the ports are installed correctly.

As I already indicated in the first one, I get it, and ADB and FASTBOOT detected it, so it should not be a problem with drivers.
