Read bootloader code fail! Not supported/unknown chipset!

Hi All!
I really want to root my Honor 9 ( you can see specs on right), but i could not.
First i downgraded my phone to Android 9 and then to Android 8, still i got this error message :
Read bootloader code fail! Not supported/unknown chipset!
Is there a way to keep downgrading it to Android 7? I
If not, i m sorry, but can i try to ask for a refund?

On this firmware, I can’t get the unlock code. Need to use the solution through testpoint + board firmware
All files are supported by Dc phoenix

I did not get what you mean. Can you be more spefic? By the way i not a "pro" with modding so, if possibile, i prefer a refund instead of a brick phone.
