first Im sorry for my bad English

I want to read my phone bootloader code first I checked dc-unlocker supported devices list and my device is there then I downloaded DC-unlock client and tried to find my phone but unsuccessful then I tried HCU client when I tried to detect my phone it says no phone found when I turn on hisuite it detects my phone I bough credits and when I tried to read my bootloader code it says unsupported chipset I opened this forum saw some guy having similar problem and someone told him that hisuite have to be installed but not running to read the code yes but when I turn off hisuite I can't detect my phone

Can someone help me and once again sorry for my bad english
