EG162G have suporte voice call ?

    EG162G have suporte voice call ?

    Hi , i try unlock modem huawei : EG162G , firmware 11.001.09.00.000 , but not change status "Voice feature : disabled" .

    Have firmware for this model to enable voice call ? (if exist i not found for download in this year 2020)

    All firmware files that we have you can find on support area that you can access from software.
    Unfortunately, we do not have information which firmware files supports voice.

      In support area : "Other downloads / Firmwares / Huawei_modems" ( Qualcomm_platform OR HiSilicon_platform ) , i not found model like "162" .

      Is it possible that i entered the wrong page? if yes which one is right, thank you

        It looks like we do not have firmware files for this mode.
