Problem with huawei rio-l01

Hello guys, I have a huawei rio-l01 that only boot to Fastboot&Rescue Mode, it says Phone locked in green and FRP Unlock in red. I think a custom ROM was installed without unlocking the bootloader.

In HCU client the info its this:

I thought I only needed to unlock the bootloader so I bought 4 credits but seems not possible at this state as I can't accces to adb to get the key, what should I do? Is there another way to get the unlock key without adb?

Edit: Could solve it by placing a dload folder in scard and pressing all buttons at the same time, also unlocked the bootloader, ty for your service
