unlock didn't work - credits lost

Hi, i purchased 15 credits to unlock and root my Mediapad M3 lite 10.
But after hitting the button it just rebooted and factory reset. After entering fastboot mode again, it says state: locked.

I would like to have my money back. it didn't work.

Refund not available since it did what it meant to do, if you do not read message boxes that appear during process that's on you. You had to press No on it and do whatever you wanted to do as after reset/restart it locks back as mentioned in the message.
