Error code 37... but why

I bought the credits I need to unlock my modem, but after I tried to do so it gave me the following error:

My question is what should i do now. should I request a refund or should I try another technical step that will unlock the modem/dongle

We do not support firmwares with 2x.3xx.. versions for unlock. Refund now completed.
