I bought credits and downloaded client 0377 (as per one of the posts), and tried more than 10 times with no luck (error 21).
As I am new to this, maybe I am doing something wrong, what SIM caed should I have in the modem when I try to unlock it? I have one from same provider, and another that I want to use from another provider.

Is the client I am using ok, as I can see that there are newer versions, but do they support my modem?

Use latest dc-unlocker version. Do not insert any sim card at detect. Be sure modem is detected by autodetect. Restart and do unlock again.

1# Connect E5832 via short-cable to free PC usb ports (avoid hub) (Better if is an Xp based machine)
2# Waiting for detection usb pheripherals
2# Install WiFi Manager software
3# Try correct installation&detection of modem opening wifi management software
4# Close management software
5# Start dc-unlocker and let auto-detect
6# If modem is not recognized try:
6/1# check any other lan-network you have into PC (this can disturb dc-unlocker detection)
6/2# Another dc-unlocker software version (suggest 460)
6/3# Restart sometimes resolves this problem
6/4# Another PC machine (not win7 64bit)

Could you try to use this software version for detect: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/test/dc-u..._0474_beta.exe
Do not uninstall previous version. Just run from this file.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

I am using latets (1.00.0528) and same problem, card not found

Is there anyway to get the modem to work again with own provider?

BTW, I see that I dont have any credit although I did not unluck the modem

It should be working with own provider without problems. Dc-unlocker does not effect it.
Write me your username and I will check, where you credits are.

Make sure the E5832 is turned on, then detect.

Can you connect with the router connected to the pc using the wifi connection manager?

I tried to upgrade the firm, now it is responding, but firm update failed.
I can see it via wifi manager (no SIM though) and still get same error no card detected.

Now you need to unlock it. Enter username and pasword you received after bought credits, press check login, detect modem asnd do unlock.
