FRP fastboot error mate 10 lite

Just purchased some credits in order to remove the FRP lock but it gives an error using the DC-Unlocker Client
Please refund or send me the unlock code via email (user travikat).

Unfortunately phone is not booting into android.. getting stuck little after boot so dont have a way remove the google account. Any workaround ?
