error is: not supported\unknown chipset error
-phone factory reseted and simple reinstalled a base android on while doing this.
-hisuite installed and connected
-usb debugged
-manufacture mode on
-com port found on auto detection

but after clicking bootloader code. its says that error.
Not purchased yet. I will but this error confused me. Page says it is supported. But mate 10 pro not listed on manuel devices on dc software

just saw it needs android 7 and lower? so as a latest update user. i have nothing to do right now?

It works on Android 8.0.0 with lowest possible security patch. So yes it won't work if you have it with latest update now, even after successful downgrade there is no guarantee that it will work as there is no actual way to check what security patch that downgrade firmware version has.
