customized dashboard?

Hello every one,
I own a E160 and I have 3 questions
1- Is there a way to customize the E160 dashboard ?
2- The E160 dashboard when started it disables "show window content while dragging" which is really annoying me. Is there any way to fix that?
3- Can i install E220 dashboard on my E160 or will that break my E160?

I don't suggest to use E220 dashboard (I've not tryed)....I have successfully installed into E160 the E169 dashboard

E220 is have Totally different EFS from E160 so i think,dont try but check some operators page,and you get customized dashboard,but if you install original non branded dash,easy to import any operatorsettings
