    Hi!

    I try to unbrick my p20 pro eu (CLT-L21) with DC Phoenix tool.
    My phone is identified to "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0(COM 13)".
    Black screen, no acces on recovery, bootloader, os, ...

    I have try to flash bootloader with DC Phoenix and have error:

    Im not find the firmware board file for my device..

    Im not sur to apply correctly the testpoint methode..
    Just put a steel wire on the pin, plug the phone to computer and launch the flash tool? correct?

    If you get same message with all bootloaders of your cpu version then no go as this device not support for board flash.

      My led blinks in red during flash.
      My phone is definitively dead? The ultimate solution is a change of motherboard?

      It if no exist other DC Phoenix solutions, it possible to refund me?

        Sadly timed licenses are not refundable. blinking red doesn't mean it's dead. Changing main board would definitely solve your problem.
