Honor note 8 not recognized by DC Unlocker

Hello,
I have an Honor note 8 with 1 relocked bootloader without TRWP. It is in stock format.
ADB commands are recognized.
Hisuite detects the phone well.
I downloaded the DC-Unlocker client application
Everything looks fine in the device manager.
I followed the instructions ( manufacture)
I launched the application but it does not recognize the phone even though it appears in the terminals taken into account.
I wanted to test the application before buying credits.
Did I miss something?

Your phone is found, but due to it's security patch it does not provide it's information. Can not confirm if you have any chance for service to work without knowing date of that patch.

Since I couldn't find the patch date, I downgraded my phone.
This is in build EDI-Al10C233B031 with EMUI 4.1.3 and android 6.0.
Using DC Unlocker I have all the information.
In fastboot, the bootloader is locked.
And now with DC unlocker it's possible to unlock the bootloader because with the Multi-Tools 8, there is a bootloader status error. And the bootloader isn't unlocked

I tested DC unlocker. I received the unlock code but it don't work. How can unlock my bootloader on my honor note 8 (EDI-AL10) ?

"Command failed" doesn't indicate that code is wrong... Your phone has other protection enable and it rejects whole command rather. You need to check online more about your phone or what causes this message to appear as we do not have bootloader unlock service we do not have this information sadly.

I did a lowlevel reset.
I allowed usb debugging
On my phone oem lock no exist, phone finder are deactivated
No huawei ID
No google ID
I tested these commands in fastboot :
fastboot oem get-bootinfo
fastboot getvar vendorcountry
fastboot oem get-build-number
fastboot oem get-product-model
fastboot oem hwdog certify begin
fastboot oem lock-state info

It's possible FB isn't unlock ?

Hi,

I downloaded the update.app C233B359 for my EDI-AL10 (Firmware and customization) full ota from //pro-teammt.ru/en/multi-tool-huawei-honor/
I extracted the update.app (firmware) and the update.app (customization)
With DC phoenix I can install the update.app without problems because I have a warning message ?
Bootloader locked
user locked
get oem info locked

if you haven't performed fastboot unlock successfully via cmd then i suppose it is not unlocked.

In my DC-unlocker refund demand, I am not eligible for the refund. What is the reason?
The DC-unlocker software was unusable for my phone and its softbrick and hardbrick.
I must used DC-phoenix and not DC-unlocker.
Could you refund one part of my payment for DC-unlocker ?
