No records of this version unlock running your specific firmware. Problem may be that port you have manually used to detect device is busy/ taken by another service such as running connection manager etc. I suggest to use auto detect, if everything is fine it should detect/unlock device.

still no screenshot of device manager with your device visible there Does your device has computer software to manage it/connection software etc.? For now it looks that something is using it, or you are connecting it via usb hub to pc, not directly to usb port on pc.

No, don’t changed
i think the problem it’s when try to put in download mode. At this time, the screen of neo3200 it’s blank.
And I have to remove the battery, to try again, because the Neo3200 it’s blocked
