P8MAX - No IMEI in fastboot (?!) no com ports to read unlock code in DC-U Client

Hello there!

I purchased 4 credits and wanted to unlock my P8MAX and after connecting it to the computer with usb cable and launching the DC-Unlocker client, the phone says it's unlocked, but I can't flash custom recovery. here's log:

No ports are available, the phone in fastboot mode is in the device manager named Android Sooner Single ADB Interface and after booting the system both of IMEI's are correct.



Can anyone help me out? thanks in advance.
