DC Phoenix not work with HLK-L41

My phone is detected by Windows10 as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0. But DC Phoenix doesnt recognise my phone.

I tried to recover the firmware from other sources without any success, the program is unable to communicate in any way


My phone was on latest security patch.

While phone is in HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 mode, you can only flash borad software file or loader from oeminfo tab representing your device's cpu, not full stock rom.

In program my bootloader not find... idem oeminfo... i have select all bootloader not working...

Board software files can be searched on support area by entering word "board". First you should check in what modes your device can be attempted to flash by using https://www.dc-unlocker.com/supportedmodelsdcpx.php

Your device is not flashable in such mode or that type of file as you can see in supported models list.
