HUAWEI Unlocking FRP and Temp Fastboot

hola he usado el servicio con ustedes de frp and temp fasboot unlock,
but it was not successful, it sent me to a factory reset lowlevel, which ran fine. but my cell phone and the credits were not unlocked if they were consumed. I would like to know if you can help me by returning my credits and advising me with the process. thanks

No i can't. If you want temp fastboot unlock then press no/cancel when message pops (READ WHAT MESSAGE SAYS), if you want frp erse/google account removal from boot up screen sign in request press yes/continue (READ WHAT MESSAGE SAYS).
