Your batter either dead or disconnected. Or even worse, your emmc dead. Make sure to connect it via testpoint, otherwise oeminfo won't flash on your unit version.

The story of the phone is like this:

Phone freeze ( stuck ) in use
I power off from the power button
Phone power on by himself and stuck on Huawei Logo ( in this stage i was manage to read the phone on usb and get all the info data like emei, model, softvare version serial numbert etc ) - in this stage PC see phone un USB like Samsung phone ADB interface or something like this
I try to update via sd card phone not show an sign off updating but the display not turn on anymore and the pc usb was USB SER
I install new drivers for USB SER and pc see Huawei USB COM 1.0 ( COM 5 )

THis is the sort story of my phone.
I thing and i hope the emmc is not dead but i dont find the corect procedure to start flashing in testpoit mode.

I need a step by step guide like this to be sure that i use corest the software

          1.phone off
2 sort pin 3 to ground
          3plug the usb cable
          4....

          etc

PS Yes the phone was started with the batery disconecte because when i plug the battery autmaticaly power on
The only thing that i manage to write was the boot loader and chamge the usb from Huawei COM to Samsung Andoid Phone

Please can you give me the correct way to start flashing in testpoints mode .
          Thank you

"Samsung phone ADB interface" definitely incorrect drivers, right click on it there in device manager and select uninstall, then reconnect and apply driver pack manually that is in DC-phoenix guide. Or have Hisuite installed on pc and it will apply drivers automatically in most cases up on connection of phone to pc. If phone appears as Huawei USB COM 1.0 ( COM 5 ) it is already in testpoint mode. For now tr yto fix your drivers as flashing won't continue with phone appearing as "Samsung Andoid Phone" in device manager.

Today i install Hisuite to back-up my second phone and install the drivers.

Now i test with the new drivers from HiSuite and look like in the attached image

It still shows up under samsung android devices. If you won't be able to clean pc from other device drivers then this can work only from another computer

Try with rne-downgrade board file, by the way, does phone on screen while in fastboot shows phone unlocked status?

The phone screen is completly black no logo, no image,no fast boot screen, nothing.

                      The phone is hard bricked.

                      HCU reading in Fasboot/ Xloader

                      Fastboot provided info:
                      Bootloader FB lock: unlocked
                      Bootloader User lock: locked
                      CPU: hi6250

Try repair imei with HCU say

                      Reading info...
                      Read signed IMEI FAIL!
Missing signed files in secure partition!

Now i cant try on other windows because the software say that is locked on other pc ( see attach image )

PC lock now removed. Repairing imei on hcu will do no good as it can't boot to homescreen.

Then it may be so that emmc board is dead and has to be replaced for this unit sadly.
