MediaPad M3 Lite - Bootloader Unlock

Hi, looking at other posts it seems that my issue is similar to others, i have a Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite CPN-W09 which i tried to unlock, according to the list it was available, i purchased 15 credits and went thru the procedure, i got the following response;
