Bootloader unlock not supported/unknown chipset error For EML-L29
Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.
We also have testing available for these mobiles if you still have your phone with you and it is not bricked.
