Problem with Router B970

Can someone help me? The B970 will not turn my router via USB. The computer does not detect it. What should I do? Already tested with other computers and windows vista, xp and 7 and none recognizes the router. I wanted to unlock it with Dc unlock but can not because it detects the router. HELP ME!!

If modem can not be recognized by computer, dc-unlocker can not detect and unlock it.
