wrote oem and cert
still showed 000000000
update with update preloader cust
boot with imei but emergency calls onyl

what am i doing wrong??????

If the phone does not boot up into the factory home screen with factory apps after bootloader flash then possibly the memory is faulty sadly.

If boot looping or stuck in recovery then it isn't "booting", a phone must boot into the home screen with factory apps after the board flash.

after bd flash it boot to menu but when load nv it then began bootlooping

If writing NV backup does not fix an emergency or No service problem then it is related to something else, sadly we do not have a solution for it.
