  • Bricked p20 lite fastbootmode only

    Happy new year!

I've got a bricked p20 lite (ANE-LX1) . Something went wrong while formatting with just installed twrp. Now I can only acces fastbootmode. Bootloader and frp are unlocked.
I tried to flash firmware via fastboot, but nothing helped.
It is possible to flash some partitions like system, cust or erecovery_ramdisk, but not vendor. When I try to flash vendor, fastboot says "not allowed". Same with the commands erase or format.

Now I think about to try with dc phoenix, but as I understood, I have to downgrade to 8.0 first.
I'm quiet sure, that hisuite did an upgrade to 9 maybe 10 (I'm note sure) before the device was bricked.
Does DC-Phoenix help anyway or is a downgrade necessary? When the answer ist yes... how?
I couldn't find an actual guide to downgrade.
    Thanks in advance.

Mobile repair guide and all possible methods here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dc-phoen...epair-tutorial condition your phone is quite bad as i understand. If bootloader/frp is unlocked then it should allow to flash same firmware via update mode without any problem, otherwise complete erase may be necessary by using method 2/3 from the guide.

The problem ist, i can't access update-mode/upgrade-mode right now. Is it possible, that I got access after flashing with DC-Phoenix? Or does DC-Phoenix need the access to update-mode to fix the device?

If you can not access such mode there are method 2 or 3 that does not require this mode to begin flashing.

I tried all three methods und none worked for me.

          1: "Cannot access recovery-mode"
          2: No effect
3: "Device with unsupported security patch"

          HCU didn't work as well.

Device still in bootloop. Only access to fastboot-mode possible.

So I kindly ask you to do a refund if possible. Thanks in advance

Seems I didn't try everything yet. But how do I enter testpointmode? Do I have to open the phone for it?

Yes, there are images on DC-Phoenix where are testpoint locations.
