Not enough info what you are doing with the phone after unlock. Anyway, you should use" write bootloader code", you will get code and can use it to unlock bootloader via cmd.

New test available on new HCU version to read code, launch old one it should offer auto update. If it doesn't re-download from HCU page. License extended. Please let us know the result if you test it.

Still checking the problem but it seems to exist only on phones who had their rom modified and model does not match the original, was yours modified/flashed or repaired in past?
