    Hi. I have an Honor 8x max that the software has stopped recognizing. I'm trying to repair the imei but it can't find the device, just the SN. Please help. My subscription expires and I will not be able to repair the imei.

    Please add screenshots or links to pictures, extremely hard to understand the problem form this, not even sure you detected it from testpoint mode as in guide. Have you followed it?
