  • Honor 9 - Exiting from testpoint mode

I was using DC-Phoenix to enter to testpoint mode and it was successful. Now I need to exit from that mode and return back to normal, however I get an error. Here are details:
    1) My phone can be seen in "Ports" section of dc-phoenix as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0
    2) I am choosing "Disable software testpoint" radiobutton.
    3) I am choosing "Bootloader files" to kirin960.
    4) Then I push "Do Job" button.
    5) After that I get this log message:

    Device found: 7BK..........................

I also tried other bootloaders for my processor, but I got "Error writing bootloader" errors.

So, what do I do wrong? How do I exit this testpoint mode? I cannot turn my phone on, I cannot do anything with it.

Also was testpoint enabled using DC-phoenix?
Are you sure your phone is simple Honor 9 and not 9, 9c, 9i ? This is important when selecting loader, as other versions of this phone runs different CPU.

Will need another log file same starting steps steps except:
1.- use load and temporary unlock bootloader option first, when phone enters fastboot do step 2
2.- now use disable software testpoint, save to .txt all info from software too
send us .dgtkl and .txt files here or via private message, email takes too long.

Sorry, not quite clear, did you put it in testpoint mode easily as mentioned in instructions or you had to do something else?
Besides i thought you need to disable testpoint not to enable.
